About The Role
Providing exceptional customer service is one of our biggest priorities at Attire the Studio. We are looking for an empathetic, attentive, and caring individual to help us deliver outstanding support to our community.
Your Responsibilities
  • Answering questions and requests from existing and prospective customers by email and chat
  • Receiving and relaying order information, amending data, and fixing order issues when relevant
  • Assisting customers in returns and replacements as well as processing of exchanges as needed
  • Liaising with and tracking status of orders through 3rd party courier companies to best advise our customers
  • Serving as the direct link between our customers and the Attire team, providing the design and production team with synthesized customer feedback
  • Going the extra mile to find creative solutions to accommodate customer requests
  • Brainstorming ideas to enhance CS processes and tools
  • Liaising directly with the warehouse to resolve any logistics queries / take care of order cancellations
  • Supporting with returned orders’ customs clearance
 Who You Are
  • Perfect command of written and spoken English, German is a real plus
  • Strong people skills, proactive and self-motivated in responding to customers and followers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive and empathetic
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Flexible Schedule (around 16 hours per week – some tasks need to be performed daily)
