Ensure Attire Website is an exciting destination for customers, sparks desire, converts traffic into sales while transmitting the company’s values & core mission.
  • Manage product portfolio, new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance and landing page (Shopify Plus)
  • Make sure products display & categories maximize sales conversion opportunities
  • Monitor stocks and report to relevant teams
  • Be highly involved in site testing for development projects and the regular site walks to always ensure 100% accuracy
  • Reporting providing data-driven insight, and conducting deep dives were needed to better understand shopping behaviors
    Content & Website Optimization
    • Coordinate and ensure critical path to e-com shoots & launch date
    • Help with the planning of e-com shoots
    • Help strategize, drive & coordinate the various content team members
    • Reorganize websites and various pages
    • Have an innovative approach to propose new formats and ideas to maximize online sales
      Web Analytics
      • Monitor and measure site performance and traffic acquisition using Google Analytics
      • Measure online conversion and identify tactics internally and with third parties to improve conversion rates
      • Identify areas of underperformance and develop strategies to improve
      • Regular reporting
        CI, feedback & inquiries
        • Transform data & feedbacks into business insights
        • Monitor customer relation strategy
        • Suggest new methods to address customers' needs (communication, product, features, services etc.)
        • Understand current customer data base & segments
          Loyalty Program & VIC
          • Support in designing a loyalty program for customers
          • Create various activations to reinforce customer’s loyalty
          • Design special offers/events/rewards for our VIC
          • Get in touch with top VIC
          Who You Are
          • Perfect command of written and spoken English
          • Relevant experience in e-commerce
          • You are autonomous, proactive, dynamic & results driven
          • Proficient use of Google Analytics & Office and knowledge of Shopify Plus
          • You love the digital world, fashion & sustainability
          • Based in Paris
